As Vice President of Operations, Sean Emmer oversees strategic planning and operations at the divisional level. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of leadership programs and the financial review and development of strategic efforts to aid in cost savings.

Sean started his career as a police officer. He then transitioned to traffic management at Superior Traffic Control (STC) where he worked for six years before joining Helix. At STC, he served as Superintendent, Brand Manager, and VP of Operations before becoming President. His passion for leadership, problem-solving and strategic planning makes him optimally positioned for the position of Vice President of Operations at Helix.

Prior to joining the police academy, Sean studied radiation safety at Moraine Valley Community College. When not at Helix, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and working out.
